"I used LD Tree Care for removing a tree and trimming mistletoe from another one. They did a fine job, but broke several pots, broke a chair, and left many large branches in the yard. They asked me to send a picture of the broken chair, so I did, but they never replied. I subsequently asked them for a bid on another tree. Without even sending a bid, they replied to me that they had applied for a permit from the city. I told them not to do that. That I had not authorized that. They did not reply. They eventually send a bid that was almost twice the price of another firm. When the other firm tried to get a permit, they were informed that LD Tree Care had already applied for one, and the city would not accept a new one. This was completely unauthorized. Even if it was a mistake or misunderstanding, they could have withdrawn the application. I called them and texted them and they never responded. This is not a trustworthy company."

"The person who came to give us an estimate gave us a fair price however told us that they wouldn't be able to remove the stump without damaging the fence. We explained the fence will be getting replaced in the near future to which he responded that when that time came to call them and they will come back out to finish the job. When we called to schedule this, it took 3 weeks to get an answer back from the company. When someone finally called us back, they told us that they would charge us $100-150. This is not what was discussed initially and the tone of the person calling us was rather abrupt and off put that we insisted it was. He stated it "wasn't in our contract", when both my husband and I know that it was agreed they would come back out to finish the job. The tree work that was actually completed was fine by the team that came out that first day, (trimming and tree removal(not stump) and the price was reasonable. But the customer service is awful. I cannot recommend them based on their inability to uphold an agreement and response time to get back to us on it."

On the work day he arrived and explained to me and his two assistants in great detail the requirements of the job. The tree was trimmed exactly as I requested; the tree will continue to provide a perfect shade canopy over my deck. I hired three different tree companies to trim trees on my property; the results were terrible. The work that Bruno and his crew provided was beyond reproach. "Although it took weeks to schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate, the actual pruning appt. was made fairly soon afterword. I am very impressed with this company. They are very knowledgeable and Cody explained what they were doing and why along the way. They were on time and cleaned up everything nicely. The trees look so much better (They have never had service), the canopies are raised and off the roof and ground, and they have been thinned out but not just chopped. Acorn is also going to prune my Crape Myrtles in the winter. I definitely recommend this company."
