That was three years ago, which allowed me to save for the inevitable expense of replacement. And when that time came, I was given a comprehensive estimate and the installation went smoothly. They also did a follow up to tweak the system for maximum reliability. AC Dave is a small company, so you may not get next-day service, but they will work with you and stand by their work. "The job went well despite the drizzly rain. I was able to get scheduled in within a week. Affordable compared to many others out there. Bob was quick, friendly, respectful, and on time. He even took the time to remove his shoes every time he entered our house. Having new floors just installed this was a big plus! I would've offered him some house slippers if we had extra ones. Our dryer vent is very short with the dryer right up against the exterior wall. He cleaned that out for us too."
