The job went well despite the drizzly rain. I was able to get scheduled in within a week. Affordable compared to many others out there. Bob was quick, friendly, respectful, and on time. He even took the time to remove his shoes every time he entered our house. Having new floors just installed this was a big plus! I would've offered him some house slippers if we had extra ones. Our dryer vent is very short with the dryer right up against the exterior wall. He cleaned that out for us too.

Bob arrived on time and did a professional job, including cleaning up the old dryer lint on the exterior. He was friendly and helpful, and made certain I was happy with the results. He also included a 15% military discount. I will definitely be calling him again when it's time for my vent's annual cleaning.

All services were completed professionally. Due to miss communication part of the service was not conducted (dryer vent cleaned), following contact promptly and professionally this was corrected the next day. I would recommend them for having your vents cleaned.

Air ducts needed cleaning after heat pump installed. One duct was discovered to be not working at all due to improper installation. Bob agreed to come back, without extra charge, after HVAC specialists corrected duct work. Bob was prompt, very courteous and respectful of our home and yard. We chose Bob and Air Flow Pros after an extensive search and comparison of different companies that offered duct cleaning. From the moment he picked up the phone, Bob was confident, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. He made me feel sure he would take pride in getting the job done, and done the right way. These folks were AWESOME! We moved into our house a year ago, with a list of things to do , cleaning the air ducts was lower on our list, but when the furnace failed it was suggested that we have the ducts cleaned. Air Flow Pros are not folks who come in with a shop vac and are done in 30 mins. These guys have super professional equipment!!! We are talking about a vac system that will suck out anything in your ducts! This cleaning help keep the life of your furnace . I would recommend them to every realtor to have this service done as part of buying a home! The air flow is so much greater now that we have had this service. So worth the money!

Tech was on time and polite. Did the job on time and did not up sell anything. The cost was the same as the quote. My air ducts were filthy and were perfectly clean after the service. My wife has breathing issues and allergies so we called AIr Flow Pro and my house is dust free. I highly recommend this service for anyone that has not had it done. Air Flow Pro was AWESOME! I had a friend recommend this service that I didn't even know existed. I was a little skeptical, but I have an 80 year old house and figured it may be worthwhile for a house this old. The tech arrived on time on a holiday weekend and was totally professional, courteous and efficient. He explained everything involved in the process and answered all of my questions in a very easy-to-understand manner. I can not believe just how much of a difference this service made to my air quality! My allergies were substantially improved when I woke up just a day after the visit. When I saw just how much filth had built up in my ductwork over the years and how sparkling clean it was after the service, I was very impressed. This service is one I highly recommend and I don't think you'll encounter better providers than Air Flow Pro. They were incredibly thorough and made a believer out of me.

Technician was on time and very professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. He showed me the old furnace air filter and the dirt that had built up in my duct system. The work was finished on time and they did not try to up sell me on anything. When we turned the furnace back on I could not believe the difference in air quality and flow volume. We had our system serviced three years ago and I was skeptical that we needed to do it again, but we have pets and I was noticing a lot of dust in the house. The technician showed me pictures of my system before and after and i was shocked at how much dirt, mold and dust had accumulated in just 3 years. The after picture showed a completely cleaned duct system. I would highly recommend this service for anyone that wants a thoroughly clean house.
