Because when I was at the end of my wits trying to figure out who was telling me the truth, I called Ed Mack the owner and he was reassuring that my home was not that old to be having all these problems. So I had Air Duct Professionals come out to the inspection and they have an actual HVAC guy on their staff. Immediately looking at how new and well maintained our air system was in the attic, he told us those other companies were trying to scam us. Air Duct Professionals did a great job cleaning out all of our air ducts and dryer vent and cleaning up after themselves.
