"Just a few days before July 4th, and the start of extreme heat warning, our HVAC stopped producing cold air. We made 2 calls for help. The first pro.ised 2 days later, but Allen Air promised 20 minutes! The tech not only new our area but was nearby. He started with the outdoor unit and discovered 1 electrical failure and 1 future failure. Both were repaired but before wrapping up he suggested cleaning the wired enclosure which I know hasn't been done in years. He power washed a amazing amount of dirt from the enclosure and showed on his test gauges that the unit was now producing colder refrigerant. Totally happy with the service provided!"
