Dan is an older gentleman with years of experience. He is honest and did not try to up sell the product, meaning he did not try to sell me more than I needed. The removal of the old furnace and installation of the new furnace was perfect - no problems. When the installation was done, Dan showed me where and how to change the air filter and how to operate the new thermostat. I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Great job!

I had an initial concern with flat rate pricing. Dan quickly resolved this. He has a very good manner about him and is very knowledgeable of his business. He did good work quickly and efficiently for a fair price.

This two-man outfit sent one of the partners to fix my furnace. I also asked them for an estimate on installing AC. Partner Nick fixed the furnace for $900 within four hours. He then promised me an estimate on the AC. Three weeks have gone by and no estimate has arrived. So their is a problem with reliability. Further, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Two weeks after partner Nick fixed the furnace, partner Dan telephoned and asked if the furnace still needed fixing. He plainly did not know his partner had done the job weeks earlier.

Nick is nice, competent and honest.
