"Worked with Tim - was looking for new HVAC system. He was honest and provided the best price for what you got (literally thousands of dollars cheaper from other options I was finding). Was very communicative and easy to work with. He made sure to educate you on the ins-and-outs of HVAC systems, and did not try to upsell you like other companies might do. He and Efficiency Air definitely got me as a new continued client."

"We chose to go with Premier for our new home HVAC system because of Jonathanâ s professionalism and great price. We felt like Jonathan treated us like family. He was honest and upfront about the challenges he would face putting our new system in so we were never surprised or felt like we were getting ripped off. We really appreciate how the Premier team was respectful of our home , nice to our dogs and finished in the time frame agreed upon. Our system works wonderfully , we highly recommend Premier for any of your HVAC projects!!!"

"Mike and Bill were very knowledgeable and professional. They fit us into their busy schedules and replaced our furnace as promised."

"Technician was on time and very professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. He showed me the old furnace air filter and the dirt that had built up in my duct system. The work was finished on time and they did not try to up sell me on anything. When we turned the furnace back on I could not believe the difference in air quality and flow volume. We had our system serviced three years ago and I was skeptical that we needed to do it again, but we have pets and I was noticing a lot of dust in the house. The technician showed me pictures of my system before and after and i was shocked at how much dirt, mold and dust had accumulated in just 3 years. The after picture showed a completely cleaned duct system. I would highly recommend this service for anyone that wants a thoroughly clean house. It is hard to find people that do what they say when they say they will do it. Air Flow Pro is a reliable and honest company that provides a very satisfying service. Thank you Air Flow Pro."

"It was installed with a kink in the condensation hose and was not aware that it leaked under our hallway wood floor. This was June 2022. I paid to have a leak detection company come out and say the floor was OK. In August 2022, we ran HVAC for a couple of days during the heat wave and water came out of the HVAC unit, ruining our hallway wood floor. It is 10/29/2022 and we still have not heard from their office on how they are going to fix our floor."

"The Wighton's team did a very professional, thorough job. They were very prompt and courteous. They kept everything very clean. The units that they installed work beyond my expectations. I'm very please with the service I received, and would not hesitate to hire them again."

"I not only had an old furnace replaced but also had whole house air conditioning added. Very professional family business. Their estimate beat out two other HVAC businesses here in Lompoc⠦⠦ one of them by thousands of dollars. It paid to get three estimates. Daniel was easy to work with and honest. One of the other HVAC businesses in Lompoc is interested in selling you all kinds of stuff that increased his estimate by thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Ace Heating & AC."

"Omg!!! They were here early and came with masks on. Both technicians were courteous and they did an awesome job and let not forget it was done fast and efficiently. I am all about excellence so I highly recommend them. They also cleaned up after themselves. #plus."
