Quality Comfort replaced our old hvac system with a new 4 ton heat pump and all new duck work. They were very accommodating with some of my requests like moving the system back for free space. Albert and his team are amazing workers. I will hire them again and I am very happy with there work.

Guys came out to install our mini split 5 star service. My system has been installed for over two years has been working great. They come every 6 months to perform our maintenance. Great job guys!

Had an installation done by them and were very professional, they came in with shoe covers and laid a tarps to protect my wooden floors. Very satisfied with their professionalism and attention to detail. The entire process went by very smoothly.

Quality Comfort is the BEST! Albert was efficient, effective and knowledgeable about the best way to fix it without breaking the bank. We had 2 other contractors who came out and immediately said we had to replace the entire AC compressor and coil. Several thousands of dollars. Albert and Quality Comfort inspected the system and identified a defective thermostat...that's it! He replaced it and our AC system worked like a charm. He saved us many thousands of dollars. Excellent! Service, honesty and knowledgeable. Albert came out to our home in Ojai July 1 and after abt an hr trying EVERYTHING he could..he gave us the news that we really needed to replace the system. It was 14 years old and while his assistant began to remove the old system… Albert found what he needed and went to pick everything up After about 4 hours we are COOL again! Amazing that all this was done in under 6 hrs! A complete new system and a fair price. We are so very pleased with this Company. They will continue to service our system 2 times a year!! I am so incredibly elated with the quality of the work done. I love my house a 100 times more now. Albert and the gentleman that he worked with were both extremely hard workers. My attic gets unreasonably hot. I think it was 160 degrees that day. They both came promptly, and pretty much worked all day to replace the decades old ducts in the attic. They also replaced all of my vents and installed the IWave air purifier on my furnace. Keep in mind that I spent an entire week looking at videos and reading articles to see exactly how my HVAC system works. I also got around 6 different inspections and quotes. I still am in disbelief how valuable this service was for the price that I was quoted. They stood out among 6 different companies. This is the best decision I have made for myself in a while and I'm actually pretty proud that I decided to go with Albert at Quality Comfort Heating & AC. I could not be happier with this service. The gentlemen were incredibly personable and I this deal was so valuable it definitely felt like a steal. I will definitely be hiring their services again in the future for all HVAC-related work. I have a pretty old furnace and outdoor AC unit that will need regular maintenance. Also, because they're so old I'll have this company replace them with new ones. I'm sure if you're reading this review, your priorities and concerns are quality of the work along with the honesty and skills of the company you work with. Although all HVAC companies that came from an inspection were honest, I trusted Albert and the gent that came with him. Make a wise decision and definitely consider having this company come out and take a look at your HVAC system.

I needed an urgent fix for my grandmothers heater. They called me right away, made time in their schedule to meet a few hours later. Diagnosed the problem, purchased the parts and installed same day. Also did a health check on the AC. Quick, friendly and respectful with my grandmother. Communicated with me via text keeping me updated on the job since I was at work all day.

Albert came out the other day because my AC was not cooling properly. He was able to find that a part had gone bad inside of the condenser and was able to fix it the same day for a great price, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC repairs and installation.
