I paid to have a leak detection company come out and say the floor was OK. In August 2022, we ran HVAC for a couple of days during the heat wave and water came out of the HVAC unit, ruining our hallway wood floor. It is 10/29/2022 and we still have not heard from their office on how they are going to fix our floor."

He also pointed out that we needed to replace the air filter which services our hvac system, which we were grateful that he did because we had never had it changed out with a new one and it was long overdue.
