Great experience with Ben Sviri of Sviri Construction on a bathroom remodel in my 120-year old home. I had specific design ideas which were all accommodated. Ben and his team also suggested some additional ideas to improve the end result. I could not be happier. Communication during the process was great. I was working from home during the project and the team was flexible and respectful of my time. Site was cleaned daily and all workers were professional and did great work. Will use Sviri for other planned projects in the future.

I have had a never ending 10 year problem with a leak in my upstairs bathroom that went down to the garage. I previously remodeled it twice with other contractors but the leak always came back. This was my 3rd try and I am happy to say it was very successful! I am so happy I found Sviri Construction and I highly recommend Ben. He came in and found the exact matching tiles that I had previously and loved. He told me the plan, time frame and costs and everything went exactly to plan. He was in touch throughout and I can finally say this problem has been resolved. Him and his crew were so professional and kept the space clean throughout. I will definitely use Sviri Construction again and highly recommend them!

I hired Ben and his team at Sviri construction to replace my old worn out carpet and old Spanish tiles in my townhouse with hardwood laminate flooring. Ben is very knowledgeable and his team was very proficient. They were able to complete the job in as little as 4 days. I could not be happier with their work and the floors look amazing. Ben was on top of it every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions I had. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

I can’t thank Ben Sviri enough! He did such an amazing job on my kitchen renovation!! He was in touch the whole time and the process from start to end was flawless. His team was on time and kept the area clean the whole time and were always careful to make sure the doors were closed so my dog would not wander. I am in love with the results and my new kitchen :)
