Ben and his crew were exceptional. Obviously the work was great, but really the best part of working with Sviri Construction was the communication - a very rare quality to find with construction crews. Ben will make sure he over communicates the entire way so you'll never feel uncertain of what is happening, the price of work, nor the timeline. I found S.C. to help with a commercial restaurant/deli, but I will be using them for my future residential projects as well. 5 stars across the board!

Just completed a second project with Sviri Construction. This time we focused on the exterior and again, I am thrilled with the result! Ben and team worked with me to ensure my vision was achieved. Communication and work quality were excellent. This was a total transformation of home exterior as well as hard scape throughout the property. I could not be more pleased. Sviri will be my first call for future projects.

Ben was recommended to us by a friend. Definitely a great recommendation! Ben’s strengths are openness, honesty, communication and great work! We expanded the scope a number of times as we were so pleased with the work. The project started with removal of popcorn ceiling and expanded to new tile floors and complete painting of the downstairs. Any issues were immediately handled and reworked without question. All of his team members are professional and friendly. Highly recommend Sviri Construction for your home remodeling needs.

Great experience with Ben Sviri of Sviri Construction on a bathroom remodel in my 120-year old home. I had specific design ideas which were all accommodated. Ben and his team also suggested some additional ideas to improve the end result. I could not be happier. Communication during the process was great. I was working from home during the project and the team was flexible and respectful of my time. Site was cleaned daily and all workers were professional and did great work. Will use Sviri for other planned projects in the future.

I have had a never ending 10 year problem with a leak in my upstairs bathroom that went down to the garage. I previously remodeled it twice with other contractors but the leak always came back. This was my 3rd try and I am happy to say it was very successful! I am so happy I found Sviri Construction and I highly recommend Ben. He came in and found the exact matching tiles that I had previously and loved. He told me the plan, time frame and costs and everything went exactly to plan. He was in touch throughout and I can finally say this problem has been resolved. Him and his crew were so professional and kept the space clean throughout. I will definitely use Sviri Construction again and highly recommend them!

I hired Ben and his team at Sviri construction to replace my old worn out carpet and old Spanish tiles in my townhouse with hardwood laminate flooring. Ben is very knowledgeable and his team was very proficient. They were able to complete the job in as little as 4 days. I could not be happier with their work and the floors look amazing. Ben was on top of it every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions I had. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

I can’t thank Ben Sviri enough! He did such an amazing job on my kitchen renovation!! He was in touch the whole time and the process from start to end was flawless. His team was on time and kept the area clean the whole time and were always careful to make sure the doors were closed so my dog would not wander. I am in love with the results and my new kitchen :)
