Refinishing wood flooring in two of my rental units; and 3. Leveling the floor of my garage and then installing new oak flooring as I was converting the garage into an ADU. They were super fast - both in material procurement (we were working on a very condensed timeline) and in installation (everything was done in 1.5 days).
