The technicians did a great job on stretching the carpet in 2 of my bedrooms. Thank you Serj for wanting to help me with a small job. I really appreciated it.

Serj was an absolute pleasure to work with from the consultation to the completion of the job. The workers were professional, courteous and did a wonderful job with the various flooring installations.

The Good:
   COMMUNICATION:  Serj was quick to call me and set up an appt. He quickly sent a contract. His communication was clear. The guys came when they said they would. There were problems with the sloppiness of the work and Serj sent a member of his team out to fix them later.

The Bad:
   POOR JUDGMENT:  They put the carpet roll on the street in front of my neighbor's house which is right next to the car gate entrance of the neighborhood. I told the guys to use my driveway to cut the carpet, but they didn't. 5 hours later, it was still in front of my neighbor's house and I had to drag it away from there myself.
   SLOPPY:  The job took longer than I think they estimated. The guys were here almost 12 hours and by then end they were just trying to be fast and get out. This made them sloppy. They hacked many of my newly painted baseboards with the metal tool used to tuck in the carpet. There is also a gap that can fit my fingers between the carpet and many of the baseboards. The seams in most rooms were very visible. They didn't even tuck the carpet in on all sides of most steps on the staircase.

Conclusion:
    Communication is really important. The team is not as detailed as I think they should be, but they are willing to fix the problems if you point them out. Serj wants to do a good job.

Could not have been happier with the flooring installation. The team came out and did a formal estimate, then worked with us when our timeline for installation shifted a few times. They were super fast - both in material procurement (we were working on a very condensed timeline) and in installation (everything was done in 1.5 days). Installers were very professional and courteous, even while working around another couple of crews painting and working on the electrical. Would definitely hire again!

I was fixing up an old house to sell, that had been beaten up by renters. It needed new flooring in every room, with the old, beat carpet and linoleum removed first. Serj at A&S was easy to deal with, arrived on time to measure stuff and gave me a competitive bid later that day, in writing. I went to his store to pick out the flooring and we settled on mostly high quality laminate and some vinyl for baths, etc. He has a huge selection from which to choose.  I kept changing my mind about the flooring, almost to the last minute, and he was very flexible about that. We ended up with exactly the flooring we wanted with nice transitions between rooms. The installers hauled away the old material, were fast, and did a great job, and the house sold quickly, with the new flooring being a key feature.

We wanted to replace carpet with wood flooring on our concrete slab and didn't have any ideas. We found A&S Flooring thru an advertisement and found the most reliable and knowledgable man possible. He walked us through the types of flooring that would work, carefully explained our options and answered all our questions and concerns. We were so p,eased with the flooring quality and price that we not only purchased two rooms of additional flooring but also replaced two bedroom carpets, staying within our original budget!  The results were so satisfying we were able to assist our daughter and her family with new flooring throughout their small house. We are all very satisfied customers and when I next need bedroom carpets, Serj already has the rooms measured.

Working with A&S was a great experience.  Serge was very patient with my husband & me when we went to look at carpet samples.  We really didn't know exactly what we wanted & he spent time helping us.  When we narrowed it down to 2 he had the manufacturer send the samples to our house.  When it was time to order Serge personally came & measured the room.  A week later he let me know that the carpet was in & that the installers could be there the next day.  They came the next day & did a beautiful job!!
