"Victor Ferreyra responded quickly to my request on Angi's List. He visited the condo and examined the parquet floors that I wished to have refinished. He advised me that the floors in the living room/hall area would greatly benefit from sanding, staining and recoating with polyurethane. And the floors now look beautiful. Victor also took extra time to examine the floors in the bedrooms. They too are parquet, but one of the bedrooms had too much damage to warrant trying to restore the floor. Alas we had to go with carpeting there. I would certainly recommend California Design Floors for any flooring needs. My photos are larger than 5 MB, so I was unable to include them."

"Toney's crew built a foundation slab for our backyard shed - patio. They leveled the site, framed it out, and used rebar reinforcement before the pour. The surface finish was kept smooth, perfect for storage. The quality of work was professional throughout. It?s strong and exactly what we needed!"
