"Ory, at Universal Home Design, is a professional and extraordinary contractor.  He was referred to me by a good friend.  From the first call to the completion of the project, we felt confident and trusting of Ory and his crew.  

At first, I reached out to inquire about fixing water damage from an ongoing leak from the third floor down to the basement.  Ory said he could come by that same day, then gave me a time and showed up within minutes of the appointment.

He was very friendly and patient as he sat down and took his time to get to know me, my in-laws (it was their house) and, my husband, answering all the questions we had and making sure everyone was on the same page.

As he began to investigate the root of the problem, he walked us around the area, explaining his findings and the ways to fix it.
The original plan was to replace the shower, but as our family felt more confident with Ory, we decided to remodel the entire bathroom.
This was exciting yet nerve-wracking for my retired in-laws but Ory went beyond his call of duty and treated them like friends, walking us through the entire process.  He made things easy, bringing samples for us to choose from and giving clear, direct instructions on the items we needed to order.  When we went to the tile store, he came along and gently guided us.  He never pushed a product or style and was very good at listening, and communicating his ideas, suggestions, advice and concerns.  

The crew, at Universal Home Design, were on time every day on the job.  They were courteous and hard working and always cleaned up after themselves. Ory always introduced every crewmember so we knew their names and who was coming through the house. 

Throughout the remodel, he kept me on track with the fixtures and timeline I needed to order them.  He was thorough, always making sure I have the info and specs I needed for the research to make my selection.  
When things were installed, Ory would check in to see if we were happy and he always prefaced with, "if you're not happy, I have no problem taking it out and doing it again."  He would never make you feel guilty or bad about anything.  Actually, when our bathtub was installed, we realized it was too small so he took it out, ordered and paid for a new one and took the loss on the return.

When I went out of town, leaving my retired parents with Ory in the middle of the project, he texted and called periodically to give me updates and sent pictures of the progress.  My parents had no issues or concerns throughout the entire process.  I think Ory probably sets the record for the most responsive and communicative contractor in the world - for real!

I can not say enough great things about Ory.  The bathroom looks amazing and my parents are really enjoying it.  The quality and workmanship are superb and we are very pleased, especially my parents who get to enjoy it.

I highly recommend Ory and his team but with reservation because I'd rather keep Universal Home Design all to ourselves!

"My husband and I hired IND Construction to replace the shower in our primary bathroom with a tub/shower combo. (Our shower needed a repair that unfortunately required starting over). We worked with Erez and Javier and their team. We started on March 6th and finished on April 17th. Our project seemed simple on paper, but had some unexpected hurdles along the way. We appreciated how this team handled all of it. They worked kindly and patiently with our neighbor when a problem was discovered in a shared wall. The tile work was very well done!! If we discovered a mistake, or something we didn’t understand, or something we didn’t like…..they looked into it, explained it, and resolved it right away. They worked with us through a manufacturer defect in our tub that was discovered after install and required reinstalling a replacement tub. Throughout the project, we felt supported with clear communication and timely responses to questions or concerns. Everyone who came into our home was kind and respectful of our space, our pets and us working from home. "We are extremely pleased with the results of our renovation project through Home Renew 360. From the initial contact with Gal, where we put our dreams on paper, to the contract signing with Gal and Ron, where we were assisted with securing financing, everything went smoothly. The craftsmen were careful of the property and kept in constant contact to insure that we were consulted whenever decisions had to be made. They each cleaned up their work site at the close of every day.The tile work in the bathroom and on the kitchen backsplash is a real showpiece, and the tiler even showed me how to grout an extra piece of backsplash to make my own custom trivet. The plumbers relocated the tankless water heater to a much more desirable location, installed new sinks, faucets, shower heads, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilets, garbage disposal and a hood for the range. The painters were very patient with my slow decision-making and painted samples onto the wall to help me choose. The walls and ceilings throughout the house now look pristine. The cabinet craftsman built an incredible, new 8’ cabinet and refaced the existing cabinets/drawers in a satin-looking finish, with all self-closing hardware. It gives the kitchen a dramatic look and compliments the floor, counter, walls and backsplash. The quartz countertops have a beautiful pattern and were measured and fit perfectly. The composite flooring was laid professionally and I was given expert advice on how best to care for it. The carpeting and new baseboards in three bedrooms and the living room were completed in one day and beautifully match the walls. The electricians added and rewired outlets, ran a dedicated line for the tankless water heater, installed a ceiling fan in the kitchen and bathroom, provided new sockets and dimmer switches, and put in multiple recessed lights. The roofers did a thorough job with both the repair of the wood slats and replacement of the old roof, and added an overlay on the patio cover which solved our leak problem. This was tested by torrential rains less than a week after installation! Gal, Ron and Victor, (the man with the eye for details,) alternated supervising the crew and were always available in person or by phone.The house looks beautifully updated and all of our home improvement dreams have been realized. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Their motto seems to be “Whatever you want!” as I heard this repeatedly whenever I asked “Do you think I could have.....?” Gal, Ron and aVictor provided a very personal touch, making sure our every wish was granted. The company even sent us flowers on our anniversary! For large or small jobs from floor to roof, Home Renew 360 is a company you can trust to bring you your dream home at an affordable price."

"We hired Trig Builders to tear out our bathtub, shower and shower walls and to build a tub deck with a drop in tub; install marble tiles on the shower floor & walls and vanity backsplash, remove and relocate the old recessed lights and vent fan and install the shower/bath all plumbing fixtures. Like most other people, we also had many other bids before deciding who to hire for that work and at the end of this hard process, we decided to go ahead with Trig Builders. Our decision to hire and work with them was based on their positive online opinions from other clients and the excellent reputation that they have. At first, we worked only with Michelle about the design and the selection of materials of the project. It was a pretty easy and not complicated to work with her. At the end of that process, we were extremely happy with the overall design and the flow of the space. After that stage, Yossi was assigned to our project and he took over with the designs and flow. During the work, we had close to 6 workers that worked daily on the entire project starting with demolition, framing, and construction, paint and finishes installation. By having all this people working at the same time, we felt and noticed that the work is running super-fast and we loved it! Yossi made sure that each stage will be approved by him and this was the main reason why he visited our house on a daily basis (sometimes even more than once a day). The work was completed after 3 weeks from the day that Michelle met with us and we approved the design and the flow. At the end of the work, Yossi and Michelle came over to the final meeting where we inspected all the work and the final project. During that meeting, we informed them about few issues and Yossi was able to take care of them the following day making sure that they all will be resolved and approved by us. This is the greatest service we could think of. Trig Builders did a great work and we do recommend them for any construction work."

"They demolished my very small outdated and ugly kitchen in the middle of September 2019 and I'm currently waiting for them to repair the recessed lighting that is falling out of the ceiling. I was told that the entire job would take 4 to 5 weeks, and here I am 4 months later, the cabinet maker was hopeless at measuring and the cabinets had to be remade and adjustments and changes made multiple times. I was left with a kitchen close to what I requested, but hate that the changes I had no choice but to accept that were not in the original design. The workmen, installers, electricians and plumbers were awesome, the company itself seemed more interested in other jobs they were doing rather than mine. In the end I'm left with a lot of loose ends they refused to deal with, and currently looking for someone to do what they didnt such as sealing the floor and filling in gaps. Be sure to cross the T's and dot the I's on any contract you sign with this company and make sure to include a completion date. This wasnt what I was expecting when I was spending $50k plus on a dream kitchen."
