"We did a whole kitchen remodel. David was very knowledgeable and recommended a wall removal which completely changed the look of our kitchen and opened it up. Everyone that worked on the kitchen was very professional and they stuck to their schedule. They were pretty quick getting us back in our kitchen and it turned our beautiful. "They did a great job. Very professional & courteous team lead by Mike Mohsini. He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. I would definitely recommend Northgate Development to anyone in Bay Area needing deck repairs and/or replacement. Thanks for your recommendation. ~Stephen Teeple"
