Grand Oaks Termite Control

Justin came out and spent a long time looking at the house and garage. It was the longest termite inspection I have ever received. In the past years I have had approximately 4 companies come out and do an inspection and they never took as long as GO . I chose this company because I only wanted someone who could perform the spraying, boring, etc.and carpentry work also. Gary,Justin's partner was outstanding in removing and replacing a front window sill completely and also a fascia board on top of garage facing. Many wood lower vents were removed and made new. My gate for going under the house crawl space was made brand new and painted with new hinges.More trim replaced in garage. Now everything was sprayed under house and and around with approx. 6" excavation around stucco of house. Deep boring with termite chemical was used around all cement /concrete of house and garage. Attic was sprayed where evidence was. Now , too all wood was primed and painted with my colors to try and match. Trim and window sill all painted prior (both sides) before replacing. I could go on & on. This company is truly the only company I have ever had that I was so impressed with. They were here abut 2 1/2 days. They only do termite work and not a pest control co. They have a good guarantee. Please, do not hesitate to call them if you want it done right. Justin was the most knowledgeable owner I have ever met in the termite business. And Gary's carpentry work is incredible. I hit the jack pot when I called them. You won't be disappointed.

Justin and his team did really nice work on the dry rot repairs. We also had them do a local treatment for the termites. The termite treatment was unobtrusive and completed without any lingering fumes. The team cleaned up very nicely and everything looked great when they left. We will use them again.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. Justin and Gary did a very thorough job with eliminating the termites and repairing the rotten wood. I had used another termite service for several years, but they sold their business. So, I went on Angie's List and found Grand Oaks Termite Control. They found and showed me damage that my previous service missed. The work they did was terrific and they didn't leave until they and I were totally satisfied. Gary does great wood work. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I would highly recommend them to friends and family, or anyone.

Justin is our go-to pro for treating termite issues and for our annual termite inspections. He's always prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. There are very few businesses I recommend without hesitation, but Grand Oaks Termite Control is one service we've not only been very happy with, but actually look forward to having as a long-term service provider.

While doing some repair work on our deck, we opened the house siding and discovered termite damage. Because of the time pressures our contractor was under, we needed to find someone who could respond to the termite problem within a day or two so the contractor would not be slowed down. Grand Oaks Termite Control, when learning of our problem, came to the house the same day to inspect. Justin arrived when he said he would and did a very careful inspection of the problem area as well as the rest of the house. He found indications of the presence of both drywoods termites and subterranean termites in the structure of the house and dryrot in the fascia of the house. He was very professional and knowledgeable about termites and explained the treatment options very clearly. He was able to provide the treatment we chose within our time parameters. I was very satisfied with the job that he did. A few days later, when I called him because I had found some termite debris and was unsure if it was new or from before, he came right out and re-inspected and re-treated the area just to be sure. I appreciated his concern about doing the job right! Plus, he is a very nice person and it was a pleasure to work with him.

The owner of the company, Justin Mater, did all of the work. He was exceptional. He was incredibly punctual. He arrived before 7 AM every day. He did an extremely thorough inspection. He used the safest, newest chemical to treat the subterranean termites, a chemical named Altriset. Another company had treated my house for drywood termites but missed so many areas that should have been treated. Justin found these missed locations and treated them. Previously other companies that had come out at wanted to treat my house for subterranean termites in a way that would have severely damaged my property and overloaded my property with dangerous chemicals. Justin was the only person to come to my property and find a safe way to treat the termites that would not damage my health or damage my property. Justin is an incredibly nice person, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Justin Mater and his company Grand Oaks Termite Control. It is rare to find the kind of service that Justin offers. I was lucky to find him. He also completed all of the necessary paperwork rapidly.
