About us
Ron Hawley, owner of I Build Home Renovations began his passion for carpentry by doing small wood working projects shortly after his Mother bought him a carpenters kit for kids on his 12 birthday. Knowing that this was something he loved doing, he continued his passion by taking woodworking shops throughout middle to high school years. After graduating from High School, he began his career at the age of 18 in the construction industry, serving a four year apprenticeship program and on the job training provided by the Carpenters Union of Southern California. After completing the program, he went on to work for various general contractors as a Journeyman Carpenter for an additional 12 more years, while reaching a status of Job Foremen to Assistant Superintendent and gaining valuable experience in many aspects of the trade. For over 25 years now, Ron has been enjoying doing all his own work, making a living with his passion in the home remodeling industry and providing a personalized service to his customers, with quality workmanship, strong work ethics and a vast knowledge of the trade.

I hired Ron of I-Build Home Renovations to hang several doors in our master bedroom. He did a beautiful job hanging them. He also installed the hardware on them. He put new casing moldings around the doors. It looks great. He also put crown molding and base molding in the bedroom. All the joints came together beautifully. He was always on time. He cleaned up after himself. He is extremely neat and tidy. He is very polite. The end result was exactly what we wanted. He also stuck to his estimate. We would definitely use Ron again and have recommended him to friends.
