Their price was similar to other bids and they worked with us through the Earthquake Brace and Bolt program. They also stuck to their time lines. "My house does not sit on level lot. Westside of house had the foundation raised, leveled and rest of foundation repaired. House was built over 45 years ago. Mr. Aboav explained in detail what had to be done. I actually accompanied him under my house to see the before and after results. All interior cracks caused by the leveling were patched and are ready for painting. None of the other estimates I received included as much detail and pictures to show me what to expect after the work would be completed. I don't know how else to explain it, but before Mr. Aboav started the repairs, he drew me a detailed map with pictures."
