William recently repaired our CMU masonry retaining wall, including replacing damaged blocks and repairing and regrouting the mortar joints. He completed our entire back wall plus the side walls on both sides of our property in just two days, and the finished work was exactly what we wanted. He arrived on time, worked steadily throughout the day, and cleaned everything up when he was finished. Beyond the quality of his work, William was personable, professional and, in my experience, very honest—which I truly appreciated. Our wall looks great, the job was completed quickly, and our expectations were definitely met. "Coming off an eleven-month whole house Interior Remodel, Rudy and Isaac were first contacted to review our initial hard scape plans for our front and backyard. They provided invaluable input as we finalized a scope of approximately 1900 sf of pavers, 50 lf of planter wall, built-in BBQ island and landscape lighting. We got ideas and bids from no less than five companies. We picked Paramount Pavers as our contractor, and we are very happy with the results. As our 5-7 week project progressed, we were in constant communication with Isaac. This was one of the better aspects of the project. Isaac was always a text response away. He always returned our requests promptly. Minor scope changes were mutually agreed upon and made for an improved project. We were not 'nickel and dimed' for change orders. The additional scope costs were reasonable, and some costs were absorbed by Paramount. As our project concluded, we added a pretty significant second phase of woodwork and gate replacement. We didn't hesitate to contract Paramount Pavers again without rebidding. After all the headaches of dealing with our General Contractor for our whole house interior remodel, our smooth interaction with Paramount Pavers was how a hardscape project should work!"

"Our front yard needed some structure. Gadi helped design and build two entry pillars in stone masonry, plus a new walkway to the door. The old path was narrow and cracked, and the new one is wide and fits the property better. The pillars gave us a real entrance feel. They also ran low-voltage lights inside the pillars so they light-up at night. It's not flashy, just clean and sharp. The stone matches the front steps, and everything feels like it belongs now. Gadi and his crew kept things simple and stuck to our request. Would work with them again."

I hired a civil engineer to evaluate those proposals for me, after he also inspected my home himself. He recommended Shay Aboav and Doheny concrete Construction above the others, and he also interviewed Mr. Aboav to doublecheck on details of the proposal. DOHENY'S PROPOSAL WAS SUBSTANTIALLY LESS MONEY THAN THE OTHER TWO. The work was completed on schedule, documented fully, and executed very nicely. It seemed quite complex to me.
