"Hi [Member Name Removed], thank you for giving me the opportunity to do the job for you. I really appreciate it. Hope you are pleased with work and looking forward to more work in the future. Thanks."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for giving me the opportunity to work for you. It was my pleasure to service you. I always try to do my best in all the jobs I get and hopefully you are satisfied with my service. I look forward to working with you in the future."
He was doing such a great job, that I talked to him about raising the wall higher. He said that he could raise the back wall up two rows and the side wall up one row, so it would be straight all the way around. He gave me the quote of $4100.00 for supplies and labor. it included rebar as the wall never had it when it was built in 1952. He said that he could keep going and it would be completed on Saturday. On friday he said that he had another job, and would it be okay if he completed the job on Monday. I told him that was fine with me. Saturday he called me and said that he would continue working on my job, after he got his crew working on the new job. We reached an agreement and he continued working on my job on saturday and it was completed today, Sept. 19th.
I have two big dogs. Pete always made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the work day. Without being asked, he always made sure all holes in the wall were blocked so no critters, or dogs would be to interested.
I know who I will call for any future job.
