We had a great experience with Fireplace 911! It was easy to make an appointment and the service and price was explained well so we knew what to expect. The service professionals arrived on time and took great care in checking the fire place and its surroundings. They were thoughtful in making sure to cover the areas around the fireplace and wore shoe protection to minimize tracking dirt. They did a great job at clearing out the chimney pipe and took images to show the conditions. They gave us a full description of their findings and what needs to be updated to be sure we are fire safe. The charge is collected after their services. Very professional and thorough with their work. I definitely recommend them!!

Reyna, Reza and crew were outstanding! They diagnosed my fire pit’s problem accurately and fixed it promptly when the needed part came in. They communicated well and were highly responsible. When an unexpected problem cropped up after, they came back to deal with it right away. I strongly recommend Firepit 911!

They advertise in south Orange County online for cleaning chimneys…I booked and they confirmed. This morning they text me some lame message a couple of hours before they were coming to say “I’m not in their service area!” This is what happens when you have AI do your talking. Bad business practices here!!!!
