We were very happy with them, but here's the cherry on top. We had copper pipes installed recently. When the county inspector was out to inspect that job, he looked at the work under the house. He asked us who did our brace and bolt job. We told him and asked why. He said he could see that they did a really great job."

I was little hesitant because of the different in prices between the two bids. Tom reassured me that they will not cut corners and everything would be done to code. I went with GR and they did indeed did a great job. They went above and beyond what they said they would do. The only complaint was that it took longer than the two weeks they suggested. The extra time required was needed to solve a problem caused at the time of the original construction of the house.
