"Scheduling was a nightmare. No communication between the front office and their service technicians. They screwed up the scheduling on their end, so I had to take another day off. Also, when they finally did show up, they were rude. Usually, people with a language barrier are polite people, but these people treated me snootily. I can look past that but they left a mess everywhere. Rubber gloves, screws and paper were left in their work station when they left. When I went up into the attic to check the furnace connection, I found more trash and work debris. But what's worse, is they didn't move my insulation back after they were done working in the attic. Finally, when I cut them a check on the agreed contact, they told me it was the correct amount. Only later, their HR was calling me for more money. They really have been a terrible experience."

Called the day of said appointment to confirm because nobody called me to confirm. They had not made the appointment for me. I tried sharing the story of what happened with the woman on the phone . She would not let me finish talking before cutting me off several times and putting me on hold. She put me on hold 5 times. I finally just hung up. First you forget me then put me on the backburner then cut me off. She stated they had several emergencies like my job didn't matter. Emergency quotes take up alot of time in the day it seems. Then you don't let me tell you what works for me after you ask. I definitely do not recommend this company."
