"First, about me: I am a 70-year-old male from an older generation. When they sent two young girls with tattoos, I thought, “oh great! (Sad but true). These two girls were probably the best technicians I have ever had the lucky break to hire in my 70 years. This area is notorious for being very slack in the quality of any of the people they send out. These girls were over and above everything I could have possibly hoped for— and I am a man that sets the bar high! If you’re looking for any project at all around your home, at least give them a chance to talk to you. You simply can’t do better. Their professionalism, their warmth and friendliness and above all, their expertise is everything you could hope for when you retain someone to work on your home. God used them to teach me a lesson about judging a book by its cover, lol. "Scheduling was a nightmare. No communication between the front office and their service technicians. They screwed up the scheduling on their end, so I had to take another day off. Also, when they finally did show up, they were rude. Usually, people with a language barrier are polite people, but these people treated me snootily. I can look past that but they left a mess everywhere. Rubber gloves, screws and paper were left in their work station when they left. When I went up into the attic to check the furnace connection, I found more trash and work debris. But what's worse, is they didn't move my insulation back after they were done working in the attic. Finally, when I cut them a check on the agreed contact, they told me it was the correct amount. Only later, their HR was calling me for more money. They really have been a terrible experience."
