It took two days, as the job became more complex, and parts needed to be adapted for this old house, but the plumber took on the unexpected problems with an excellent attitude and corrected all that I asked.

Excellent. On a Saturday I called and he quickly arrived. Friendly and informative. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner.

Wallace was great. He came over to assess and give an estimate within a couple hours of my initial phone call. He agreed to come back and repair it the next day. He did. It took him less than half an hour and the shower now works great! Wallace is very pleasant and professional. I will definitely call him again if ever I need plumbing work done.

Very professional, on time, he even took the old water heater away. I couldn't have been more pleased.

JW responded immediately once called for service on his "open" line. Although this was no real emergency, JW said he'd be over in 30 minutes, and he was. Can't say much more. The job was evaluated, work was done and "BAM" another satisfied customer. JW was professional, punctual and reasonably priced...

James and his crew located the leak under the concrete floor with their detection equipment, then they had me remove the clothing hanging in the way, the leak was in the master bedroom walk-in closet, after hanging protective plastic they cut through the floor with jack hammers and found the bad pipe. They removed part of the wallboard to gain access to the other end of the water line. They replaced the section of water line with a corrosion proof water line. I was given the choice of either having them call their concrete repair team or doing the work myself to repair the floor. I chose to repair the floor myself to save a few dollars. The owner of the company and his staff were courteous and friendly. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they did an excellent job.

They were on time. The job was done quickly and professionally. The fee was reasonable. These guys are great!

Bottomline - I would call Wallace of JW Plumbing again in a heartbeat !!!! and I've already recommended him to others. Plus I must mention, my HUSBAND gave him a "little extra" too, (not much) , but .. over Wallace's initiall quote . What does that tell you? Especially now- a-days, when every dollar matters...... I am one of those ... that research and reads many many reviews before purchasing a product or hiring for services. Angie's List certainly helped me in my pursuit in finding a good plumber. After much reading and research, I narrowed it down to JW Plumbing having read all the A's and very good reviews........I emailed Wallace.. He responded via email within 24 hrs each time I'd email asking questions. We continued corresponding until I was able to be in town and call to make an appointment. As mentioned above, it was a real challenge to get that kitchen faucet out, from the way it was installed previously. But he succeeded . He even noticed that one of the pipes under the sink was leaking and was missing a washer , which the original installer never put a washer in the piping.!! Wallace completely wiped out the area making it clean and tidy after the installation, etc. It is those little touches that many of us don't see anymore. Wallace demonstrated excellent customer service and pride in his work. Great work ethic.!! (even called before arriving). Very reasonably priced too. I hope my review assist those that are apprehensive in trying to find a good, honest plumber. In the future, when I need a plumbing task done, I'm relieved to know, I, NOW know, who to call!. I called JW Plumbing for an estimate, he asked what the problem was, I tried to describe it, he understood what I was asking for and gave me an estimate of 200.00. I let him know that I wasn't comfortable with accepting the estimate because I wanted him to see it before we agreed on a price. We made an appointment for 9AM the next morning and I was amazed when they showed up exactly when they said they would. Wallace and his partner then looked over the the problem and explained what they were going to do and why and said that they would honor the estimate given over the phone. It took them approximately an hour to complete the job. They also went a step farther and suggested putting in a cut off valve, as it had rusted off where the pipe went into the ground, and did that also. Wallace and his partner were very professional and nice. They did an excellent job in a timely manner and if I have anything else that needs to be done in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again. I would also recommend them to friends and family. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I placed call to company about 9:30am, explained my problem (Leaky toilet). I was told that he had a job approx. 2 hours away and that he would be back this afternoon and would be here. I left for lunch and upon my return he was already here working on the problem. It took him 1 hour to fix. His charge was $50.00 an hour for the call and parts, which were $25.00. Very nice man, I will be calling him for my future plumbing needs!
