This repair could not have gone better. The plumber/technician was courteous, professional, quick, and knowledgeable.

I made one phone call. He arrived promptly, assessed my needs and professionally installed a 'hand held' shower device. He is congenial, caring, sensitive to what was needed and accomplished the job in minimal time. I would use him and likely will have a need in the future ...again. Good an humble man. Knows what he's doing.

They fixed it quickly. Very courteous.

They never answered.

The guys were on time and were very professional. They did things to the job that I did not expect, improvements that I didn't even know I needed, all for the agreed price. Beckett will be the only plumbing service I will call again.

He was unaware of our needs and did not look like he could do it. It may be too technical for him.

We loved him. He was great. We just weren't ready to move forward yet. There is a lot of work we are having done on the house. We were meeting with different contractor's to find out what was going to happen first and how much it was going to cost. There wasn't anything we didn't like about the estimate, we just weren't ready to pull the trigger and have the work done. We still haven't had the work done. He was a nice guy. Our interactions with him were good. He even called us back, he wasn't busy, and lowered his price for us. If we had been ready to go, he gave us a reduced amount. I really liked him. I don't remember if he gave us an estimate on paper, or just called us back on the phone. He was on time.

Fair price, quality work. I had call another big company buy they were much more expensive and slow in responding back to me.

Beckett easily diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem in about half an hour even though the job included having to remove the tank from the toilet.

well you said there was something definitely jammed in my toilet system and he did have to crank that ogger pretty hard but he got it clear very fast very professional very nice gentleman!

This company is a joke. Called a couple of days ago to get a quote. The lady said, "Yeah, we will be out between 9 an 12 tomorrow". So tomorrow comes and it is 11:55, no one has showed yet, so I call the number and some guy answers and has no clue of what is even going on. He states that he would come out during the day for sure. He calls again an hour later and says he can't make it. So, he asks for the third time what I needed done. I tell him again, he says, "oh it'll just be $XXX.XX" He hadn't even come out and look at what I needed done and he gives me a quote. So I said when can you do the work and the guy said on Friday. Well today is Friday and they haven't called or even expressed anymore interest in the job. Shady company that doesn't follow through on their word. Thanks for wasting my time and keeping me waiting for absolutely nothing.

Service was excellent.  In and out in two (2) hours.  No fuss no muss and best of all no leaks.

The plumber was very pleasant and didn't waste time getting started with the work.  I gave him a brief explanation of the problem and he jumped right into the job.  As I stated in the first paragraph, doing some preliminary preparation saved some money and time.  The overall experience was better than I expected and I will certainly recommend Beckett to others.  I have used another plumber in town but the last three plumbing problems have been handled by Beckett.  I will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs.

An appointment was set up for a Friday late morning. Was contacted 4 hours after appointment time had passed and was informed they were a guy short and would not be able to make it out and they would have to reschedule for Monday morning. Ok. I am for second chances. Monday morning comes and goes so I contact the company and they basically had no record so said they would send someone out. 5 hours later I call again and when they call back I get the excuse that someone was supposed to have called me but didn't.

They showed up on time.  The work was accomplished in a professional manner and they cleaned up after themselves.  I will continue to use them.

Everything went excellent. They were courteous, polite, and on-time. They went well above and beyond, and I'd highly recommend their services.
