"We were happy with the workmen but we were not happy with the management, and my husband didn't want me to write a bad report. But, there was a problem getting everything to work and they blamed it on our remodel, that something was being done in our remodel, and it took them two weeks to get us hot water consistantly. I was not happy. And then they charged us with extra labor. I didn't want a bad report on my credit report so we bargained (on the extra $200) and said we'll pay half just to get them off our back. They were greedy at the end. We have a lifetime gurantee with them so I was afraid if we write something bad and what if they decide to retaliate by giving us a hard time with the guarantee and all."
