But, there was a problem getting everything to work and they blamed it on our remodel, that something was being done in our remodel, and it took them two weeks to get us hot water consistantly. We bought a new water heater from and water cleaner as well. I think we ended up giving them $7000 for a repipe and then the quote came back in five bills and an extra $200 for labor. They couldn't figure out what was wrong and they had to keep coming back. I didn't want a bad report on my credit report so we bargained (on the extra $200) and said we'll pay half just to get them off our back. They were greedy at the end. We have a lifetime gurantee with them so I was afraid if we write something bad and what if they decide to retaliate by giving us a hard time with the guarantee and all."
