I wish I found these reviews sooner!
It?s a nightmare dealing with this company called All About Fire Sprinklers, LLC. I?m very surprised that they are still in business!!!
I experienced the same thing as Richardson.
They give you a bid for the job then play ?ring around the Rosie?, then six months later, they make up all these excuses to charge you more money. Come to find out, they submitted plans to the Orange County fire department without hydraulic calculation so our plan was rejected after waiting for more than six months.
From my experience, I believe they are just a fire sprinkler head install and replacement company. Any work that does not involve submitting plans to the fire department they can handle because they have no knowledge or experience about hydraulic calculation. They have to source and hire others to get involved during the process so pricing will increase. They call it ?a change of order? charge. In reality, no one changed anything. Big scammers.

Read the review written by Richardson R. of North Hollywood, CA on 6/25/2025, they did the same to us.
They tried charging us for hydraulic calculations which are needed to design a system. Even the Assistant Fire Chief of Huntington Beach laughed and was amazed that they were trying to charge us for something that they know was needed to design the system.
I wish I had seen the review before hiring them.

Horrible experience with All about fire sprinklers. They will cost you a lot of money and heartache. They will lure you in with a good price up front and then use change orders to suck you dry. If you do not agree with them, they will sabotage your building. It is was a nightmare dealing with them. Avoid at ALL costs, even an attractive estimate.

All About FireSprinklers is a must hire. I called them for an apartment building and they came out at no charge. We were told it was just a head that needed to be replaced and it turned out to be a pipe line as well. They gave us a great price and fixed the problem right away. Definitely a 5 star company
