The first pro.ised 2 days later, but Allen Air promised 20 minutes! The tech not only new our area but was nearby. He started with the outdoor unit and discovered 1 electrical failure and 1 future failure. Both were repaired but before wrapping up he suggested cleaning the wired enclosure which I know hasn't been done in years. After expalining the job i needed done, he was able to come over later that day. Sunday morning he showed up removed a useless window and installed a new swamp cooler. "It was installed with a kink in the condensation hose and was not aware that it leaked under our hallway wood floor. This was June 2022. I paid to have a leak detection company come out and say the floor was OK. In August 2022, we ran HVAC for a couple of days during the heat wave and water came out of the HVAC unit, ruining our hallway wood floor. It is 10/29/2022 and we still have not heard from their office on how they are going to fix our floor."
