In short, Rick said our roof is in great shape and doesn’t need to have anything done at all. He could have simply agreed with the other contractor and racked up more business for himself if he had wanted to do so; instead he didn’t charge me a cent for his time and effort although I would have been very happy to pay for the peace of mind he gave me. They are very competitive on pricing. Everything was included in his price, including any damaged wood that they might find when they removed the tiles.
