Chavez Cisneros came at 8:00 am to look at our roofing problem. We had an edge roof tile fall and break. I thought it was due to a nail being too short, but Chavez analyzed the situation and told me that it was because the edge tiles were wrongly placed and did not even cover the roofing tiles in back of the edge tiles. Chavez took off all the edge tiles and placed them in back of the gable, and then re-positioned them one by one so that they also partially covered the roofing tiles, without leaving an open space. He then offered to paint the area of the Gable Facia board where the edge tiles had been and was now unpainted. Of course we accepted that offer and Chavez quickly painted the bare surface to match the lower portion. He gave us a great price for his work. and we were very happy with his problem solution as well as his pricing. Steve Jxxx Mira Mxxx

Had a reroof done with clay tile. Great experience project was done on time and he even did extras such as repair some of the gutter and bad plywood. I had a leaking roof with a complicated roof line. The water flowed down the side of the house. After some creating engineering by Magdaleno and crew, there are no more leaks and the gutters are now capturing the run off. Thanks!!

Magdelano and his crew were some of the most professional installers I have ever hired. He was there everyday to supervise the work being preformed. Taking off an old roof and installing a new one is a messy business. Valley Oaks Roofing & Repairs did an incredible job cleaning up each and every day. Not a nail or staple to be found on the ground. Value-wise I think Magdelano and his crew do a great job at a very reasonable price point. Our entire roof was removed and replaced within a week, including painting and replacing hundreds of feet of facia that contained dry rot. I would unquestionably recommend Valley Oaks Roofing & Repairs for any roof work whatsoever.
