The recent rains made it clear we needed some roofing work done. As I began looking for contractors, Zenith Roofing Services happened to start work on a house 2 doors from us. I got the benefit of watching as the crew worked on the neighbor's home, and I liked what I saw. I requested an estimate and was pleased to see the level of detail presented in the proposal (as opposed to other contractors), and at a fair price. I signed with Zenith Roofing for our roofing project and am extremely happy with the results. This job included 28 solar panels that needed to be removed, then re-installed. Zenith Roofing was fantastic in coordinating with the solar contractor so that our project stayed on schedule, and with no cost surprises. I plan to continue to use them for regular maintenance inspections to keep things in good working order. I highly recommend Zenith Roofing Services.

Zenith Roofing was a great find when comes to replacing roof. Bryan is easy to work with and he ensures we are happy with the job, I definitely recommend them.

My wife nagged me for over a year to complete the roofing. Zenith Roofing came and completed it professionally within a few days. They were quick, courteous and clean. They left the place clean and blew off all the debris that had fallen below. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future if needed.

Zenith Roofing completed a repair job on my house in July 2024, which included a leak following the big rain storms in March, dry rot, and 4 skylight replacements. I did my due diligence before deciding on Zenith Roofing and I could not be more pleased with my decision. I am 100% satisfied with their workmanship. Every step of the process was handled professionally, courteously, and promptly. I had a million questions and a lot of uncertainty about what approach would be best for me, my budget, and my home. The business owner/contractor, Bryan Ramirez, is highly knowledgeable and patient. He provided me with several options, including detailed explanations of the pros and cons of each, and patiently waited for me to think them through and ask more questions as they came up; importantly, he did not pressure me into moving faster than I was comfortable moving. His crew was also extremely prompt, efficient and experienced. They operated in unison like a smooth, well-oiled machine. They also cleaned up everything. Bryan also made sure that I was comfortable with costs. This is my first public review, but it was important for me to take the time to share my experiences. 100% - Zenith Roofing was the right local company for my job.

Bryan was fantastic to work with. He was punctual and very professional. When I originally called about the roof possibly leaking and causing water damage inside the house the first week of January 2023, he came over the very next day, in the rain, and inspected my roof. He gave me 3 separate estimates within 24 hours. Within a few days, Bryan called me and said since there was going to be a 3 day break in the rain storms, he could get my roof repaired during those 3 days (and he did). I would highly recommend Zenith Roofing Services to anyone.

Bryan was very honest about my roof not needing the work my insurance company was requesting. He prepared a report stating the reasons and I won my appeal, saving over $10,000.

They were on time and went to work right away. Very friendly hard workers.. They were all done by the end of the first day. I had four groups to chose from, the first one so expensive, I new I had to keep looking, the next had a few reasons why they were unable to keep the appointment, Then came Zenith Roofing, Brian was the only one who wanted me to check out my homeowners insurance first. I found out that the repair would be covered.. Brian gave me the repair cost, well within range. Then I asked what would it be to replace the whole roof? He checked it out and gave me a quote I couldn't refuse!! This company is awesome! Thank you again Brian!

Very easy to work with and did the job in half the time

I had a roof leak and Bryan from Zenith came right out and we agreed to replace the under layment on the half of the roof was leaking. They were prompt and quick and finished the job in one before it rained again. They even reset my gutters that were leaking without me asking them to do that. No leaks now, prompt service and quality job along with the clean up. And all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them like a neighbor did for me. Thanks

I developed a number of leaks during the rainstorms this spring. I went on HomeAdvisor to find a roofer. I received 2 quotes, one from Zenith Roofing Services and one from a company out of the county. Brian, the owner of Zenith was at my house within 2 days and gave me a professionally prepared proposal. Brians proposal covered removing major portions of the cement tiles, replacing the underlayment with updated materials. The other proposal just spot treated the leaking areas. The choice was easy as the prices were comparable and I prefer to work with local contractors. As soon as the rains stopped Brian was here and 4 days later (working through the weekend) my roof was repaired. Brian is a professional and I would recommend him without reservation.
