Francisco and his crew are very professional. Francisco communicated clearly on what was needed for my roof repair and fascia replacement jobs. The crew arrived on time, and performed their work well and expeditiously. The crew also cleaned at the end of their work days! I would highly recommend. Pricing is very fair.

I needed a repair for a leaking roof. Francisco did an inspection and estimate for the repairs needed. He didn’t push me like other contractors did to have the whole roof replaced or others who only would do big jobs/projects. He took care of my needs at a very reasonable price. Recommended him to all my coworkers.

I have used Berumen Roofing for two separate jobs in the past year or so and I found Francisco (the owner) to be on time for bidding the job, true to his word on timeframe and completion of the work, and very competitive on his bids. Upon completion of the job, the work was excellent and he left the jobsite clean with all excess materials taken away. I will use Berumen Roofing for any and all future jobs and highly recommend his services.

Francisco was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt in coming out to look at the job, and did the work the next day. Our repair seems to have been successful after a 6 inch rainfall.

On time and polite

Great experience getting my house re-roofed. They only used top quality products for a fair price and did an excellent job. I chose the white, energy star reflective shingles shown to reduce heat in the attic. Roofing can be messy, but they carefully kept debris away from all the flower beds and garden area, carrying it by hand. Francisco, the owner, was on site every day with the team, overseeing every detail. He is honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Berumen Roofing and not have to worry about anything.

Amazing, thorough, fast, and efficient! We got a couple estimates from companies doing business on our street. We contact owners, reviewed the estimates, and decided on Berumen Roofing. Berumen Roofing was actually less the competitors, for same product and scope of work quoted, and Francisco's personal input on all our questions helped us make our decision. Our home is a vacation rental, so timely service was also priority for us, cause we heard of some companies taking weeks to complete an install. Francisco and his team were organized and came in and got it done! We couldn't be happier. Our home is 2 Story with a variety of roof lines, and it sets back off the street, so Francisco and his team did a lot of work. And yes, Francisco was up there working with his crew. We just can't say enough. Owning this home for 20+ years, we've had a lot of contractors, and Berumen is at the top of our list! We've already recommended them to family and friends. Truly deserving 5 STARS!

Francisco from Berumen roofing came to my aid when we had a leak in our roof during the rain storm. They came rite away and were able to put a temporary patch on my roof to save me from some extensive drywall repairs . He gave me a price to remove and replace the problem area which was quite reasonable . As soon as the rain was over he and his crew came back and did the job , my roof looks great . I would give Berumen Roofing the highest recommendation

DID NOT KNOW EXACTLY WHERE MY WATER LEAK ON THE ROOF WAS COMEING FROM. FRANCISCO BERUMEN CHECKED THE AREAS AROUND THE ROOF MOUNTED A/C UNIT, DID A WATER LEAK TEST AND DISCOVERED THE LEAKAGE WAS MAINLY FROM DRIED SEALING PRODUCT. RESEALED ALL AREAS ON UNIT AND BASE AREAS. RECHECKED WITH WATER APPLIED. NO FURTHER LEAKAGE WAS DETECTED. CAN RELAX NOW WHEN THE NEXT RAINS COME
