JC and his brother Jose did a great job replacing our 20+ year old shingle roof with a new galvalum Standing Seam Metal roof w/ new ridge vens for better ventilation of the attic. Needles to say the house looks much better and modern, with neighbors asking about what kind of roof I got. They also carry matching metal colors that are more energy efficient for your home, so the house has definitely stayed cooler now without even turning off the A/C as much. If you're going solar and need a new roof, going with this Standing Seam setup would be the best way to get solar installed since everything is clamped to the seams. We also got aluminum gutters made by them to finish up the whole roof install. From all the quotes that I got, and I got many, they were not only the most competitive ones but also they had the best expertise with building a roof that had very few penetrations to keep the roof as leak free as possible unlike a regular shingle roof.

This company was very friendly and answered all our questions. They adapted to our changes and helped us with some decisions. They took their time and worked on our problem areas until they got it right. We saw them doing our neighbors house and hired them after seeing what they did. Now, another neighbor wants them to do his house. To top it off, they were the lowest of three bids!

We decided on metal roofing because: 1) we already had solar panels, which are easier to reinstall on standing-seam metal roofs, 2) metal roofs last a lot longer, 3) if the metal roof ever needed replacing, it could be recycled and 4) we have large rain tanks, and metal roofs don't fill the tanks with as much crud as shingles do. JC Lorenzano was very responsive in visiting our home and giving us an estimate. Metal roofing is a bit more expensive than shingle roofing (though it's not as much as we'd thought it would be), but the longer life and other factors are well worth it! The installers were very professional, cheerful and friendly, and very careful about wearing masks etc. They did a great job while coping with not only COVID-related supply chain problems, but also some unavoidable weather delays. An unexpected twist in the project was needing a total replacement of all the underlying plywood (ours likely dated back to 1964 and was thin, dried out and rotten in spots!). JC and his crew were very forthright in communicating about this and and other issues, and they were very responsive to any concerns of ours. We had several days of heavy rain after our asphalt shingles were removed, but the installers worked hard to cover the new plywood with underlayment just before the bad weather, so we had no leaks even before the metal went on. The finished roof looks great. We thought the roof might be noisier during a rainstorm, but it's not even as noisy as the old shingle roof. JC even provided us with aerial photos of our new roof, taken by his mini drone. My husband and I would highly recommend Lorenzano Sheet Metal Inc. to anyone who's thinking about re-roofing with metal, or any other sheet metal project.

We got several estimates and this company was by far the most affordable but that doesnâ t mean that there was a lack in quality. The rain gutters look fantastic!! I want to say how impressed and happy I am with my new roof by Lorenzano. First of all, they listened to what I wanted. Everyone else wanted to sell me solar, when all I wanted was a new roof. They listened to what I wanted and followed through., I now have the most beautiful stone-coated steel red roof (with the highest fire rating) on the East County ridge where I live. It matches my circa 1935 house, but is better than terra cotta tile. They removed two layers of previous roofing so they could see what was going on. , We were in the middle of the worst heat wave ever, and they took care of my house as their own. They also fixed some termite damage that you would expect to find in old house, replaced my rain gutters, and added leaf guards where needed. They even added rain gutters where there werenâ t any before, took down my ugly TV antenna, and cleaned up the mess. , So I am totally stoked! The only bad thing is that I miss having them around

Lorenzano Sheet Metal is a family business. Juan, the owner, promptly called and set an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly, was prepared, professional, and very knowledgeable. He sent me a proposal that night, and it was quite complete. I was pleased with the proposal, and signed the contract that night. We set a date for the install and repairs the following week. The 2-man crew (Giovanni and Angel) arrived promptly, were very courteous, prepared, and completed the job that day. They cleaned up after themselves, removing all of the old gutters. We were very pleased with the entire process, and would strongly recommend them!

I normally don't write review but this gutter company deserve one. Lorenzano Sheet Metal, Inc., crews did outstanding job installing 209 foots aluminum gutters on my house 6/2/20. The install tech Angel Lorenzano and Geovany Lorenzano very friendly and knowledgeable. They came on time schedule date and completed the install timely manner. Both guys were very professional of what they do. I'm glad to hire the right crews for the job. I highly recommend them for anyone in San Diego area that need gutter install on their house.
