"First project: I am very pleased with Repairs & Remodels On Demand (RROD). I was in the process of selling a property that was about 75 years old. The buyer's mortgage company had sent an inspector who noted several issues. Obviously I was under time pressure. RROD responded very quickly. I needed a hearth built in front of an existing fireplace. RROD advised me on what the current code requirements were. I selected material and the hearth was installed the next day. The inspector also reported six electrical issues, four plumbing issues in the kitchen and four in the bathroom. RROD repaired them all in two days. RROD sent a three man team. The timeline for the project was: Day 1, evaluate job and create estimate; Day 2, install hearth, correct electrical issues and begin plumbing work; Day 3, complete plumbing. On the fourth day I notified the buyer's agent to schedule the re-inspection; the inspection passed with no problems. Sale completed. Second project: In a rental property I own, a tenant wanted a laundry area. I had had the area plumbed but the walls had been opened to accomplish the plumbing. I needed the walls closed up, a short wall built, and the appliances installed. First day, evaluate job and create estimate. Two days later start and complete the job in two additional days. On the day after the completion, the tenant reported a problem with a door that had been installed. I went over and checked and she was correct. It was in mid-afternoon and I called RROD and reported the problem. They immediately scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next morning (and repaired it on that visit). It was a small job with a small problem. The work looked very professional and the paint for the new areas matched the existing room colors. The point is, they do high quality work and they really do stand behind their work. I shall certainly use them again. I am very satisfied with their responsiveness and the high quality of work. The team did an excellent job mitigating and sequestering our family from the dust and debris by sectioning off their work areas and cleaning up/ vacuuming every day before they left. Quality of work The quality of the work is fantastic. Any issues we had with quality were handled promptly and appropriately, and there were very few if any surprises . We absolutely love the finished product and enjoy hosting people in our home again! Honesty The team of workers were very trustworthy and we felt comfortable going about our daily routine of work and kids while they were around. Shawn was an upright guy and collected fair payments along the way. There was no fear of him abandoning us, something I truly worried about when scouting contractors. I honestly couldn t imagine having gone with any other contractor for our remodel. This project couldn t have gone any smoother than it did and I am so grateful that we hired Shawn and his team for our entire house remodel!"
