"I hired John to do the framing phase for my kitchen expansion/open floor concept. I was the owner/builder and needed someone who was patient, thorough and conscious of the the time needed in meeting my schedule. John prove to be a good fit. First, by showing up for the initial visit on time. He took the time needed to review the plan from the city. He listened to me explain what I wanted and answered my concerns. We reached an agreement and he started as scheduled. The framing involved 3 load bearing walls. Only 2 of which were in the architect/engineer's drawing. John discovered an 11-foot load bearing beam missing from their drawing. I thank John many times for discovering that major mistake. John was patient in working through this with me.
