Jason and his crew painted the entire exterior of our 2 story home excluding stucco work. Included all trim, window frames, facia boards, eves - - everything non stucco. Their entire process from extensive prep work to the finish painting exceeded expectations. They truly did a fantastic job. definitely would hire again.

I have hired JK Painting Services for a number of jobs over the last several years. On numerous occasions, they have painted the exterior and interior of my home, and painted the interior of my salon. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding, and their prices are fair. Best of all, they stand by their work. If there is anything you find that doesn't suit you, Jason, the owner, will make sure it gets taken care of. There are two other attributes that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE about this company. One is that they just don't do paint. Jason Kleiman is a general contractor and can handle electrical repair/replacement as well as several other kinds of jobs. I've had them repair, replace and install all kinds of lighting in my home. They installed new security lights outside, and they replaced all my old lighting in the house with new, recessed lights as well as some new pendant lights. They also replaced the vent over my cooktop. They replaced baseboards and the molding around door frames. Jason looks at the entire job -- not just a piece of it - and quotes you for everything. No nickeling and dimeing from this contractor. The other attribute is that he has a dedicated and experienced crew. His crew are honest, hard working, and deliver a top notch product. Several of his employees have been with him for over 20 years! They come into my home or salon and I communicate with them directly about the job and then they deliver exactly as I want. What does that tell you about this company -- all good! I'm trying to remember how long I've used JK Painting Services over the years -- it's probably at least 20 years. When you find the best, you stick with it. I was fortunate in finding the best and I will stick with this company forever.

JK Painting Services did a great job. Jason the owner was knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. His crew was conscientious and  thorough, always making sure they left the work area clean. Jason's son did a great job on the carpentry work. Thanks to Jason and his crew they made having our home painted a pleasant experience and we would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with their work.  The workers were professional and took pride in their work.  We were comfortable having them in our home.  They sent a large crew so that they were able to paint the interior of our home along with the exterior trim in 3 days.  They asked that we carefully inspect all of their work so that they could ensure that we were pleased with the job.  We were especially impressed with the extra attention they paid to some of the areas on the outside trim that were very worn.  We highly recommend them and would hire them again.

Couldn't have been better.  Fast, efficient, highly skilled, careful, professional in every respect.  I can't emphasize enough their efficiency and speed.  At one time, 7 people were working.  JK, his son and another did the bulk of the work, but when walls had to be done, specialists were brought in for taping, sanding, etc.  Painters were excellent.  No spill...clean and neat.  Dust was kept to a minimum.  They moved a great deal of furnishings from the rooms and returned everything unscathed.

This is a family-owned and operated business with long term employees.  My job involved painting the complete exterior of my house and detached garage along with a door replacement and replacement of fixed patio cover posts.  I also had French doors stripped and re-stained.  Everything went smoothly from scheduling to completion of the work.    Attention to detail and quality was first class.  The team that came out to the house was courteous and clean.  I would use JK Painting Services again and have already made one recommendation for them.

Jason and his crew did an excellent job. They strove for perfection in every detail. Having spent 35 years in Quality Control, including the evaluation of more than 800 companies and their suppliers, I can say with certainty that JK Painting is one of the best in their class. I highly recommend them without hesitation. Further, I would be delighted to show the results of their excellent work to others.

We had used JK Painting Services before for the exterior painting of our house and a potting shed and were pleased with the results. Since this job was all detail work on 5 panel French doors, we knew they would do an excellent job again. They did. They started early in the morning. They said they would be finished in a day and were done well within that time frame. The painting crew did a beautiful job with the special enamel paint they used. The doors look as if they had been power-sprayed. They protected all inside surfaces and completely cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Jason, the owner of J.K. Painting, was wonderful to work with.  The crew was great.  Very punctual every day.   It only took 4 days to do all the work.  They did a great job.   I plan to use them again to paint the exterior of my home.

baCame on time, put a bigger crew together and did it all in one day, no mess, quality work.  Did everything the way he said he would do it and on time.

Neat, quick and well done.  Had some problem with paint tackiness on the two doors, they were redone with a different brand of paint which resolved the problem.  Very impressed with Jason's relocation of the microwave exhaust fan vent.  The microwave had been raised about six inches from the original location, so to vent exhaust to the exterior required cutting a new opening and filling in most of the existing opening and covering that with stucco. 

Jason and his team are A1 operators.  Jason is a hands on boss; inspector; worker.  He demonstrated quality workmanship and trained and supervised his crew and left us with a remarkably improved home.  The worksite was clean at the end.  We would highly recommend to anyone who wants quality work at a reasonable price.

I did not hire JK Painting Services. Their quote was pretty comprehensive. I thought they were very, very knowledgeable and very high quality. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for quality. he was very respectful of my time. I don't live in the property and I had to make appointments with him in order to be there so he did respect the timing that was necessary to make that happen. He spent plenty of time with me during the quote to talk about the job and be very specific about what was included and what was recommended to be included. He was very comprehensive on that communication. He didn't give the quote as soon as he said he would. I would possible get a quote from them again.

We have just finished a major remodel of our home and without Jasons help it would have been a disaster.  Even though he came in as the painter he was the go to guy when there were other questions about electrical, plumbing, demo etc.  The guy is a self starter that gets things done right.  With Jason you don?t have to follow him around and point out areas that need to be corrected,  he sees it first and takes the necessary action so it?s perfect.  
The bottom line. He does what he says he?s going to do when he said he would do it for the price he quoted and he?s always on time.  There isn?t an individual on his crew I wouldn?t have over for dinner.  You can?t find anyone who will do a better job period!  

Jason does an excellent job with any painting project. I have used him for all my painting projects, inside and out for the past 15+ years. He has excellent attention to detail, a friendly crew, and will do minor repairs and fixes as part of the job if you ask him. When he painted my house he event reattached rain gutters that had come loose because he was unhappy with the way they were installed. Great team!

This is the third time Jason has come to our home in the past twenty years.  We have had both exterior and interior work done by him and his crew.  They are timely, professional, clean, polite, and thorough. Workmanship is precise -- each job is well prepped and executed beautifully.  We were confident we would get superior workmanship and an outstanding result, and we did.  Nothing but high praises for Jason and his crew -- that's why we always go to him for our painting needs. 

Start to finish like clock work as promised.

Great communication from Jason.  He provided an email estimate with in 24 hours of meeting me.  Separated out additional options I may wish to include.  He responded quickly to any of my questions and emails.  Crew arrived on time and were polite.  Power washed & some prep work was done on one day.  Painting began a couple of days later and the job took two days.  Raul, the foreman of 20 years, was extremely helpful when I was making slight changes on where the trim color was to be applied.  Windows, patio and planters were well protected.  Debris was picked up well after first day.  Some equipment was left for the next day. Final day, clean up was excellent. Raul walked around the house with me to show what they did and for my inspection.  He caught 2 spots I didn't see & had a crew member touch it up. He definitely had a good eye for detail.  Owner, was there for the final day even though he was recovering from a shoulder surgery.  He had worked on painting my front doors and inspected the work before the crew left.  We spoke before he left for another estimate to paint & repair my patio overhang, which was not included in this job.  I like that Jason worked with me on options to save money and helped me plan ways to split the job in phases that worked with finances.  I will definitely use JK Painting for my phase #2 paint and wood repair work.  Jason's business is good so you may have to wait a few weeks for his service.

Jason's crew took 2.5 days to do the job. They did a careful thorough job with excellent masking and protection of windows, etc. The job was essentially perfect and looked great after it was done. I am a perfectionist and I was very pleased with the final result. A very good clean-up was done with all trash and bad wood removed form the premises.
Jason and his crew are highly recommended. It just doesn't get better than this.

Timely estimate; crew worked around the weather forecast and got the job completed with great results.

One of the finest business experiences I've had in 70 plus years.  The owner, Jason, was constantly on hand to supervise and would not settle for anything that wasn't excellent.  His initial visit was impressive; he saw many things we hadn't noticed, which ultimately made the difference between a good job and an excellent one.  There was no pressure to add anything, but his presentation was insightful, positive and enthusiastic.  We actually got excited.
As the painting date approached, he made adjustments to his schedule to accommodate us.  His crew was punctual and professional.  The whole job was carefully done, yet completed in two days.  We looked it over closely, and found only a few minor things, which they readily and promptly touched up.  Jason himself saw several additional things he wanted done.
Next, we found a couple more details, one of which was an oversight on our part.  They promptly came back out and completed the job to our extreme satisfaction.
We are thrilled. This company is a treasure.

They spent a lot of time in prep work, like pressure cleaning. The did both brush painting and spraying in big areas. He gave us a great hook up to a gutter company who took down and reinstalled all our gutters (with a 5 year warranty on their work). The house looks great where they repaired our stucco before painting. They are capable, friendly, considerate and clean up after themselves. We are so pleased with them that we will be calling them for interior painting soon. You can't go wrong with these guys in our opinion.

Our 18 year old stucco house was looking pretty shabby and I noticed that several neighbors had recently repainted. I talked to Jason when he was painting a house in the neighborhood and asked him to come over and give us a quote. It was obvious from talking to him and watching him work that he knows what he is doing. He helped us pick paint colors and showed us the advantages of a water repelling additive (fantastic stuff). When we walked around the house to do the estimate he noticed some rotten patio beams. We had him fix the patio (for an additional fee) and are glad we did. He and his crew did an excellent job. They were fast, they were tidy, they did a great prep job and were careful with plants and trellises. Clean-up was perfect. He was open to some minor changes during the job, and we ended up hiring him for a few interior walls as well. The interior work was also well done- no drips spills or problems, everything masked off properly. One thing I really liked was that he was here on the job with his crew almost the entire time. I have seen workers dropped off in the morning at some jobs and left unsupervised for the day and I don't like that. That's part of the reason that we didn't even get another bid, although I could tell by talking to neighbors that his price was right in the ballpark.

The project went very well from beginning to end.
Having work done at a condo within an association  watching every step can be stressfull. The JK Painting team satisfied & Impressed the neighbors, both members of the board. The were polite to everyone that visited to see their work.
With confidence I  highly recommend them for any home wall or painting repair. I look forward to working with them on future projects in my own home.
    Jason the owner, is direct and to the point, saving both of us time. His quick assessment of a project, took my breath away the first time, but this talent has become an asset I value most.
