I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH GILBERT'S WORK, HOWEVER, GILBERT WAS SUBSEQUENTLY FIRED BY OWNER: JOE MORENO OF (JM LAWNS) AND REPLACED WITH ANOTHER PERSON: "AL"....INITIALLY AL PERFORMED SATISFACTORILY, HOWEVER HE NEVER DISPLAYED THE SAME " GO THE EXTRA MILE ATTEMPT TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER/CLIENT" THAT GILBERT DID AND ON THE LAST VISIT TO MY HOUSE , THE WORK CREW (AL AND HIS CO-WORKER) HAD NOT FINISHED TRIMMING THE BUSHES OR ANY OF THE TREES, AND WAS GOING TO LEAVE MY WORK UNFINISHED . THE "ATTITUDE , LAZINESS, REFUSAL TO FINISH THE JOB HE WAS PAID TO DO" , ON PART OF "AL" DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED ME !!!!....THE LACK OF FOLLOW UP BY OWNER: JOE MORENO, TO DISCUSS/RESOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH HIS EMPLOYEES, INDICATES A LACK OF CONCERN FOR ME (THE CUSTOMER/ CLIENT).....I AM NOW SEEKING A NEW LAWN SERVICE TO HIRE. "I was quoted for 3 hours and since I needed to leave I left the check with the nanny to give them upon completion. They did a great job but they finished in 2 hrs. I'll use them again, but be more realistic about the time and cost."
