"The place sparkled! The cabinets...out and especially inside...looked like new! All they wanted to know from me was whether there was anything more they could do, anything they had overlooked. What could I say? I'm a perfectionist but their work was beyond perfect. In fact, my general contractor, who oversaw the multi-day work, was so impressed with the cleaning company and the owner that he is going to regularly use them on projects he does. When one professional like the work of another one that much, that is a terrific recommendation."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with RCD to remodel our kitchen! Tim won us over from the start - great communication, listened to all our Pinterest inspired ideas and pulled every string he could to keep us within budget. Then he introduced us the dream team of contractors. MVP goes to Art, the incredibly talented contractor. He and Daniel transformed our kitchen in a few short weeks and brought such great attitudes to the job. The kitchen is absolutely stunning and we’ve gotten so many compliments. We couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to do more work with this team."

"Fausto is an amazing contractor he communicates extremely well answers all questions and concerns hands down the best, would definitely hire him again for my future projects. He picked up someone elseâ s job which was a horrible experience but Fausto made it extremely easy and stress free."

"Dave did great work for us. We wanted to update three bathrooms. Dave replaced the floors, vanities, mirrors, and all the fixtures. He also brought in a subcontractor to reglazed the tubs. Dave finished on time, on budget, and the work looks great. I will definitely call Dave next time I need a contractor or handyman."

"Ryan was a great contractor. He is very timely , conscientious and professional. He takes pride in his work and it shows in the quality of the job outcome."

"I interviewed several contractors before selecting Mark Halpert Construction. Unlike the other contractors that I had interviewed, Mark was very interested in hearing my ideas and was not trying to take over the project with his vision for my home. Despite the challenges of undertaking a home remodel while living there, Mark was very responsive to any concerns I had and fully explained what I was to expect as the project moved forward. With any project of this size, there will be hiccups but I always found Mark very responsive in a timely manner to any of my concerns. His crew was wonderful and I’d like to give a special appreciation to José for all his hard work. Mark has an wonderful eye for detail and it was evident that he takes a great deal of pride in his work. Mark and his crew were always very and respectful of my home and space by leaving it cleaned up after each days work. Even my neighbors commented that the workers were very polite when interacting with them and we’re diligent about cleaning up at the end of their workday. Not only would I hire Mark again but I would feel comfortable recommending him to any of my family or friends."

"After meeting with several contractors, I met Ryan and instinctually knew he was the right choice. In fact it was the best decision. I purchased a place that needed a remodel badly. We had a limited time and budget to do everything. Not only did he and his team finish on time and budget, the remodel turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. Ryan and his team realized an even better version of my vision. He was a great collaborator, figuring out how and enhancing my ideas and always mindful of the cost. I will work with Ryan and his team again. I highly recommend him."

"I reached out to DB Construction needing my ceiling repaired and repainted due to a leak in my condo. David and Daniel were extermely easy to reach, prompt, and professional. The scope of work was clear from the beginning to end. Their quality of work was superb as well. They were receptive to my needs, which is greatly appreciated considering that this is a smaller scale job. I also appreciate their awareness and courtesy while working in my condo; they were conscious of the noise that was created and even made sure to clean any common areas where they tracked. Thanks so much! You have a customer for life. :)"

"First project: I am very pleased with Repairs & Remodels On Demand (RROD). I was in the process of selling a property that was about 75 years old. The buyer's mortgage company had sent an inspector who noted several issues. Obviously I was under time pressure. RROD responded very quickly. I needed a hearth built in front of an existing fireplace. RROD advised me on what the current code requirements were. I selected material and the hearth was installed the next day. The inspector also reported six electrical issues, four plumbing issues in the kitchen and four in the bathroom. RROD repaired them all in two days. RROD sent a three man team. The timeline for the project was: Day 1, evaluate job and create estimate; Day 2, install hearth, correct electrical issues and begin plumbing work; Day 3, complete plumbing. On the fourth day I notified the buyer's agent to schedule the re-inspection; the inspection passed with no problems. Sale completed. Second project: In a rental property I own, a tenant wanted a laundry area. I had had the area plumbed but the walls had been opened to accomplish the plumbing. I needed the walls closed up, a short wall built, and the appliances installed. First day, evaluate job and create estimate. Two days later start and complete the job in two additional days. On the day after the completion, the tenant reported a problem with a door that had been installed. I went over and checked and she was correct. It was in mid-afternoon and I called RROD and reported the problem. They immediately scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next morning (and repaired it on that visit). It was a small job with a small problem. The work looked very professional and the paint for the new areas matched the existing room colors. The point is, they do high quality work and they really do stand behind their work. I shall certainly use them again. I am very satisfied with their responsiveness and the high quality of work. They are easy people to work with. They came through for me. Dan"

"From the start Coastal Contracting gave us a very fair and thorough quote with no surprises which wasn't the case with the other bidders. They got back to us right away and always provided realistic timelines. All of the workmen that were part of the bedroom and bathroom remodel were on time every day, they kept the area clean and their workmanship was excellent. We had one or two service items to address and they were addressed immediately. Great experience."
