They worked for close to 3 hours cleaning each room and made sure that the carpet came out clean as close to new. After spooking to this company, I decided to schedule an appointment to come over and check my air ducts.
The technician (Juan) came over the following day and he was able to test and check the air ducts at my house.
He went up to the attic and worked there for like an hour checking everything. He explained to me that he couldn't see any problem and all it need is a cleaning which was included in his inspection. I appreciated his honesty and work.
