"For our first remodel, we dove right in with a big project that was effectively updating half of our house, with a complete re-build of our kitchen and removing several walls to have an open space kitchen, living room, and dining room. There was a point where there was a mistake in the framing and one of the appliances was not going to fit. Huge shout-out to the crew who worked extra to keep the delays to a minimum! Communication was challenging at times between us, IND, and a designer, but everyone was professional, transparent, and in the end, we have a beautiful kitchen and living space that we love. We really appreciated how the work and pricing was laid out up front, the pace at which work was completed, and that we could rely on them for vendor recommendations for every part of the work.
