"It was actually one of the BEST experience I have had with repairs and upgrades to my home. I am a retired General Contractor, (40 years in the trade), specializing in very high-end custom homes. I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. He finished on time and within budget. He even threw in a little stuff. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH of very good compliments about Cipriano, his crew and the quality of work completed. He WILL be coming back for my back yard.!!!!! He does many more projects then what I hired him for, but if you need anything done, ( landscape, lawns, gardens, hardscape, etc. etc. ) I would highly recommend that you look him up and CALL HIM !!! Tom has a great sense of vision, wide range of knowledge regarding suitable plants for our climate, and is remarkably easy to collaborate with.
