"I have had Medrano Remodeling do several projects for me and have always been fully satisfied with the pricing and the results. They are reliable, honest, fair and do good work."

"I am a homeowner who did my own home remodeling architectural design. Even though I had architect degree, but I had never done any project in Los Angeles. As everybody knows, Building and Safety has tons of regulations to follow, which made the permitting process especially difficult. I was so lucky to work with David, my structural engineer, who is very sharp, knowledgeable and hardworking. Not only did he deliver his structural design on time but also he guided me through with all details of my architectural plan. He is very responsive and generous about sharing his knowledge. It was such a surprise when David got me the permit over the counter from the city office with only one attempt, which expedited my remodeling project timeline for at least two months. Definitely recommended!!"

"hired Steven to guide me through a complete rebuild of a 1950's 1200 sq.ft. home into a contemporary 2,500 sq.ft. home to accommodate 2 independent lifestyle with both homes having complete autonomy. Steve was patient and creative in interpreting our design needs. the end result was not only a tremendous increase in the overall value of the community but the design completely blended into the surrounding original neighborhood home facades. Brilliant. The ideas and designs that were implanted today still are current and the quality of the space is still exciting and inspiring."

"My retail client asked me to find pros for their restaurant construction job - Jesse and his team were efficient, communicative, knowledgeable, experienced, and competitive. They have gone forward with their services."

"We hired Ben to remodel our living room and kitchen, which included adding approximately 300 square feet, creating an open floor plan, and removing an enormous brick fireplace in the center of our house. From day one, Ben was amazing to work with. He was on budget, on schedule, professional throughout the entire project, and consistently anticipated potential issues before they became problems. His wealth of experience was incredibly valuable when it came to making decisions along the way, and he was always willing to offer thoughtful advice and guidance. His entire team was fantastic as well: professional, respectful, and clearly committed to doing quality work. We couldn’t be happier with the results and our experience working with Ben. We highly recommend Ben for any remodeling, building, or construction project!"

"I am currently doing renovations on my home and met with many companies and lee from top Home remodeling was the best choice. lee sat down with us for hours just to go over design ideas with a 3D rendering. This was all prior to even signing a contract. It was an easy choice- 3D renderings and best price. Now that we have began renovations, the crew is respectful, friendly and trustworthy. They work quick and are efficient. You also get a project manager if you have any questions and bar always comes by every few days to check in. bar doesn't cut corners or gouge you on prices. Its fair and experience has not been stressful at all. Will add finishing photos when they are done! We are so excited!"
