"They removed the tub from shower area and enclosed new shower in glass door. They redid the wash basin and installed a new toilet. They tiled the floor. They cleaned up very neatly each day. Thank you for your beautiful work of remodeling our second floor bathroom. We appreciate the timely completion. Warren and Helen Miyashiro"

"We just finished a four bedroom/ three bathroom full remodel in Santa Monica. We are very happy with the end result. Nathan, who is the owner, was very involved in all phases of the job. Nathan got the job done on time. The workmanship and attention to detail was great. He had good communication and relationship with his team. Whenever we had a concern or question, Nathan was easy to get a hold of and handled it quickly. We were worried about the process of a remodel with all the stories you hear about bad experiences. But Nathan made this so easy on us and we would definitely use him for any future projects."

"My wife and I sat spent a good amount of time and research personally designing exactly how we want our Condo renovation to look. We have quality taste; and knew we needed the right contractor for the job to match all the design plans exactly. We searched around for many companies for knowledge, experience, professionalism; and price. I live in a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Condo (with an awesome view); with very strict HOA; so I had to find the right fit contractor for a detailed job. We are very detailed people; and picky with having things done perfectly in designs; so combining how we are with our plan to do a full (every single room) renovation of my condo on the 16th floor; we knew it would be quite the extensive project. When Dorel gave us a walk-through back in December 2022; he was extremely confident; calm; and knowledgable. IND reviews and pics online that showed their work were excellent. Quote came back close to budget; so the combination of all these things; helped us choose IND to do the work. With many restrictions in our HOA; IND provided a seamless process; and adhered to all the rules / regulations. The work that their contractors did (Javier & a few others); was high quality / professional work. Over the 4 months the project took to complete; we were provided clear expectations of the process and each step of the way. We personally made multiple additions / changes to the original plan; and IND easily added things and worked everything into the plan smoothly. We now have our condo looking not only like a dream come true; but literally the most beautiful Condo in the entire building. We already started referring other condo owners to IND and Dorel. Thank you so much for doing an amazing job. (See all the great pics of our Newly Renovated Condo) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Joe & Maggie"

"I recently finished a full remodel of my condo. As a first time homeowner, I was very scared and nervous about doing a renovation. After meeting with a few contractors and being overwhelmed by the prices, I met with Eli who was realistic and who understood my situation. He never tried to sell me on more than I was asking for and always tried to make sure that I kept to my budget and not spend more than I needed to. Being that this was my first home, he wanted me to have a good experience and be happy with the result which I definitely did. I would definitely work with KN Remodeling again for any future projects."
