"For our first remodel, we dove right in with a big project that was effectively updating half of our house, with a complete re-build of our kitchen and removing several walls to have an open space kitchen, living room, and dining room. Since it was our first time doing anything like this, we were unsure at many points along the way about the process, but Erez and Allan both did a great job answering the many, many questions we had and guiding us through. There was a point where there was a mistake in the framing and one of the appliances was not going to fit. Rather than a back-and-forth, Erez and the whole team simply stepped up to re-do a lot of work to make the piece work as planned.
