"I am sorry it has taken me this long to write my glowing review of Pristine Construction! They completed a kitchen remodel for us in February and we are thrilled with the results. In the past we have had some nightmarish experiences so we were reluctant to take this project on. But after reading all the positive reviews and meeting the team in person we moved ahead and we are so glad we did. From the start, Nathan patiently worked with us to draw up the plans, scope of work, budget and timeline. His expertise and suggestions made all the difference in ensuring we made the most out of the space we have. He met me at the tile store to select the backsplash, he has a good eye for design and style. Once the project got underway Mike was on site overseeing their own personal crew for flawless execution. Mike also lent his expertise in helping me to select final touches like drawer pulls, kitchen faucet and lighting. The crew were courteous and neat. Every day I received emails or phone calls from Emma in the office updating me on what was happening, who was coming and going, when payments were due, etc. I felt completely looped in and reassured at the overall coordination of all the people involved. "We hired IND Construction to do a complete remodel of our 20+ year old master bathroom, which they completed last week. It turned out AMAZING, and we couldn't be happier. Erez our project manager and Allan our foreman were very responsive, listened to any concern we had, fixed mistakes as they came up, and worked within our budget. They obtained all the construction permits (and there were many since we had to gut the dang thing) and passed every inspection with flying colors. When this process started I had already ordered cabinets, flooring, and a tub, but I was at a complete loss when it came to the rest of the details, so they referred me to a designer they frequently work with to figure out the rest (a huge thank you to Ana Ozmaie from Studio Ozmaie!). While our decisions slowed the process a bit, IND was very flexible with the design changes we made during the process. As in any construction project, there are hiccups, and we hit a big one. And the way they handled it will forever make me a fan of IND and the people who work for them. About a month before the demo, I had installed cedar panels inside a closet, and unbeknownst to me, hit a shower pipe dead-on which sealed the pipe for 4 weeks (!)--and promptly came unsealed when they jackhammered the shower to remove the 2" of cement and old tile. We had a SUBSTANTIAL amount of water coming through the living room ceiling from the bathroom above, and to make matters worse the water shut off to the house was frozen open from years of hard water build up. I called Erez frantically, who immediately responded and sent Allan and Henry their plumber right away and they were able to stop the leak before we had damage to our furniture or floor downstairs. It could have been SO much worse if it had not been for them. They fixed it (one of our many change orders, ha) and you can't tell now we ever had a 8ft x 10ft soggy hole in our living room ceiling. So a construction company that not only saves the day but completes your dream bathroom masterfully? Oh yes. I highly recommend IND Construction."

"Bridgestone Construction did a wonderful job with our remodel. They extended our house, removed interior walls, and installed a brand new kitchen. They helped us navigate the entire design process, including taking care of all the city permit process. The entire staff (Jeremiah was our main contact) was incredibly professional, friendly, efficient, and very good at what they do. We looked at several contractors but Bridgestone Construction Inc had both quality AND value and none of the other places we interviewed even came close. We liked them so much that we called them back to do our bathroom. We would definitely recommend!"
