"I called and they sent someone out the next day. They were prompt and efficient and most of all the swamp cooler was repaired. The price they charged was excellent. I also signed up for a maintenance contract based on how well they took care of this problem. There are not a lot of places left who service swamp coolers so this was a good find. I have already recommended them to my sister for service on the air conditioning system in her home."

"Allen Air was a life-saver! This company had helped us in the past to get as much life as possible out of our 1978 HVAC system. They never tried to pressure us into a new system (which had happened with other companies). When the time came for a new system, Allen Air made a stressful experience and expense as easy as possible. They arrived early with a team of people so that the work could be completed as expeditiously as possible on a hot day when it was hard to have no AC. They cleaned up as they went along which I really appreciated. They also selected a great new system. It is 113 degrees today. My old HVAC would not be able to keep up with these conditions. With our new system from Allen Air, we are very comfortable, and we are so happy we hired them to replace our old system."
