John told us he would be able to paint the rooms within the next couple of weeks and kept in touch with us to let us know how his schedule was going in terms of when he would be able to schedule us in. We locked in a date about five days or so ahead of time, which gave us plenty of time to remove pictures, etc., to prepare for painting. John's associate Tony sent out Dan and Phil to paint the rooms. I was very impressed with the care they took in moving furniture out of the way and covering it up during the painting process. We had the ceiling painted also, so they actually dismantled the ceiling fans in each room (and later put them back together!) in order to protect everything. Great attention to detail! Great cleanup job! And most importantly, my rooms look great! I will definitely be calling on CertaPro Northridge for future paint jobs."
