"I called and they sent someone out the next day. They were prompt and efficient and most of all the swamp cooler was repaired. The price they charged was excellent. I also signed up for a maintenance contract based on how well they took care of this problem. There are not a lot of places left who service swamp coolers so this was a good find. I have already recommended them to my sister for service on the air conditioning system in her home."

"Mario from Mor Air came out to my home in San Gabriel to look into a ceiling leak after a roofer thought it was due to an air conditioning situation. Mario could not tell what the problem was and said he would come back out when it rained again. He did come back and did not charge me for the return trip since it was within a 30-day window of his last visit. He went beyond the call of duty and brought with him a contractor who works with him on roof projects to see if he could figure out the leak. Mario diagnosed the problem (or what he thought was the problem). I am back to needing a roofer but no one is returning my calls. In any event, Mario was very nice, professional, worked hard and was well priced. I will call him again when I need my air conditioner serviced."

"I couldn't give them a 5 star yet because they are going to come back in the fall when it cools down to replace the ducting, so not done yet. So far so good though, I'm thinking maybe I don't need new ducting!!!"
